Yes. Every customer order is washed, dried, and processed individually in dedicated machines to guarantee complete hygiene and prevent lost items.
What is your typical turnaround time for laundry services?
Our standard turnaround time for wash, dry, fold, and ironing services is 24 to 48 hours. Express same-day service is also available upon request for orders scheduled before 09:00 AM.
Do I need to sort my laundry before collection?
No sorting is required on your end. Our team handles complete color and fabric separation at our facility prior to processing, ensuring darks, lights, and delicate materials are washed separately.
How does collection and delivery work?
